AMENITIES: Open Jar Studios has free daily lockers, drinks and snacks for purchase and a lounge overlooking Times Square available for all participants. Doors open 5 minutes prior to class.

Policies

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are permitted up to six hours prior to the start of class. You may cancel by logging into your Arketa account. Payment will be returned to the purchase card or class pack for cancellations within the window. No refunds are available for late cancellations or no-shows.

PHOTO/VIDEO: Photo and video may be taken during class for social media and promotional purposes. A photo/video release waiver must be completed when registering for class.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Activities to be engaged in through participation in POPOGRAPHY classes or events carry a risk for personal injury, and/or property loss or damage. A liability waiver must be completed when registering for class.

CLASS PACKAGES: Class packages are redeemable for In-Person classes only. Not redeemable for Special Events or On-Demand classes. Classes must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Class Pack purchases are non-refundable.

ON DEMAND: Video purchases are non-refundable. Viewers have unlimited access and there is no expiration date.
